    I am currently doing 21 Day Obsession. I love the workouts and they really kick my butt. I haven’t seen too much of a change in my body physically, BUT I believe that’s my own fault for not following the meal plan 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’ve downloaded/done the free trials for multiple other exercise apps, and I’ve cancelled all but this one. First off, the navigation is super simple and very clean. It is easy to find the workouts you want, whether by what type of exercise you want or which instructor you want. I’ve had a problem with the navigation/glitchiess of multiple other fitness apps, so it’s nice to have such a clean interface on this one. Second, the workouts are awesome! They describe how you should be positioned so your form is correct and even have some of the people in the workout give examples of how not to do a move. As someone who has never worked out before and a massively visual learner, this is huge for me and greatly appreciated. Third, they give you an ENTIRE meal guide with the workout plan!! That’s awesome!! I’m a vegetarian, and I’ve also found that some of the other apps either don’t have a meal plan at all or don’t have a vegetarian/vegan friendly one. It’s very nice to see a whole guide catered to my diet. Again, very helpful for someone who has never meal prepped or been very conscious of nutrition otherwise. Fourth, you also have access to a coach. While I haven’t had to contact my coach personally yet, it is nice to have the option if I run into any snags along the way. I’m going to start following the meal plan when I start the 80 day obsession next week and hope to see amazing results!

    I love Beachbody On Demand and have done various beachbody workout programs for years. The app is fine if only using to stream the workouts on your phone but useless if trying to utilize the app through my 3rd gen Apple Watch, which is the only reason I dl it in the first place. Choosing a workout on my watch is fine and tracks my workout, but that’s where it ends. It does not transfer information to my iPhone XS Max properly at all. In the last couple months only 3 workouts show up in the app on my phone (I workout at least 5 days a week). Forget checking my heart rate because that doesn’t show up at all. When looking at workouts through my watch app on my phone none of the workouts show up on the proper days and might not show up at all or duplicate themselves. So it completely messes up my monthly goals and personal goals. BOD gets 5 stars from me but the app is awful! Will be going back to the apple activity tracker and getting rid of this app.

    My apple watch isnt reay syncing every work out. I hit yes when it asks but it just goes in as generic exercise minutes. I even got the screen on my watch to say i did the work out, name of the workout program, average HR, minutes calories etc. Dont get me wrong i LOVE BB and the workouts are great! It is well worth the money.
