    I paid for a year subscription ($50) and with the new update it log me out and won’t log me back in! So I went to the website FAQ and it says “Unfortunately, if you signed up for an account directly through your Apple Device or Roku and did not provide Motor Trend (MT) with your email address (the email address associated with your Apple or Roku account is not shared with us due to privacy reasons) you will not be able to watch MT on any other device. Additionally, MT customer support will be unable to assist you as we will not have any internal records of your account. Your account information is stored within the device you subscribed on. There is no way possible to connect our system to your device after the fact. In order to remedy this situation the only option is to cancel your current subscription, and then re-sign up entering your email address or through a desktop/laptop computer. Unfortunately, since MT does not have any record of your initial transaction there will be no possibility of refunds or credits due to this issue.” This complete BS and a SCAM!
  • Video not using full screen

    Even after December's most recent update, 2.3.2, the iPhone Xs Max still does not display full screen video. The video that is shown is laughably small, doesn't utilize nearly enough of the screen space. When will this be fixed?

    Full of episodes that were old when new! I can’t watch the shows I want,Iron Resurrection shows 24 episodes but only allowed to watch some stupid extras episodes! Total waste of money! Contacted support 3 days ago and still no word on why I can’t watch certain episodes! TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING! Don’t waste your money! -5 stars!

    Video constantly pauses, skips, and failed to playback on a new iPad 2018. App works fine on iPhone 8plus. Please update app.
  • Constant issues

    This app is garbage. Videos are always skipping around and buffering then stop playing completely. A message will pop up that says “Player item failed to play”. What??? Not to mention when I was signing up it gave me an error that said “Email address is already being used.” I have never signed up for this app before but I clicked Forgot password to send me a password reset link, it then said “No account with that email address”. Motor Trend, is this really the best you can do? My iPad is 2 months old and fully updated, app is a fresh install and fully updated. No excuse for this when I’m paying for a subscription. Issues are even worse on Android. I will be canceling my subscription before it renews if this is not fixed.

    Time to step up the times and realize that a lot of us don’t have a small phone any more. The video doesn’t fill up my entire screen. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a large screen on my phone.

    I love Motor Trend. Their content is great and extremely entertaining. But if I can be honest, the app is terrible. I can no longer view in fullscreen. It just shows on half my screen and then crashes the app. It takes forever to load. Please fix some of your issues. Also, offline play would be much appreciated
