  • Best Workout App Ever Used

    By Troyhe98
I am an advis gym goer and really enjoy strength and bodybuilding routines. Between the gym at work, Planet Fitness, and my home, they all have different equipment and it makes it difficult to find out what type of routine I should do. Fitbod takes all the guess work out by allowing me to setup different locations and what equipment is available at each. From there, I simply start a workout based on the location I am at and the app gives me a custom routine that meets my specific needs. It does this by taking into account my prior workouts and the muscle fatigue/recovery associated with them. All this is a long way of saying, I don’t have to think or plan anything, I simply start a new workout. Absolutely love this app!

Great app! I have been using the free trial and so far I really like it. Probably going to buy it. Suggestions: - Whenever you add an exercise, the app will put it at the beginning of the workout. You have to drag it to wherever you want to place it and sometimes the dragging takes the exercises out of place and changes the order. It would be great if you could just tap wherever you want to add the exercise instead of dragging it. - Although you can edit your logged workout, and change the weight and repetitions; you CAN’T edit the type of exercise after it is logged. For example, the app make my workout including FRONT SQUAT, but I misread and did BACK SQUAT. As I was doing a back squat, I added more weight. I noticed that I was supposed to be doing the front squat after I logged the workout, but I could not edit it after it was logged. The problem is that it will calculate my next front squat exersice suggesting a weight that is not real. It would be great if you could edit the exercise after it was logged in case you made a mistake, as I did.
  • Looked promising

I loved the idea of the app planning a workout for me to do with gym machines since I always feel like I’m fumbling around with them... but 75% of the work outs I’m being provided are things like squats, push ups, etc. I tried turning off body weight options and it changed nothing. The point of going to the gym isn’t to do the same workouts I can perform at home. I wanted something that could educate me on and schedule me with machines and gym equipment. I guess I’ll go back to figuring it out myself.
  • App crashes a lot

It’s great for tracking your work outs but when it’s time to “finish” the workout the app crashes 9/10 times I’m canceling my subscription today. Don’t bother with the app
  • Great workout utility

Initially I was upset on how to use this program. I had trouble understanding how to correctly save a workout. I decided to spend some time with the help files and finally got it. This is by far the most effective workout program I have seen and now use. I will give this 5 stars and highly recommend this for tracking excercise. Buy the full program. It is worth the investment.
  • No iPad or Broweser or Apple TV App

An app with a subscription should work on all of my devices. Unfortunately, FitBod does not.
  • This is it!

Where was this when I started training all those years ago? I love not having the headache of coming up with fresh workouts. I love this app!
  • It could be awesome!

    By Sandylh1976
Don’t like the fact that I have to open the app and start the workout on the iPhone first instead of directly on the watch. I leave my phone in my locker thats the whole point of the watch so the watch app needs to improve a lot for me to give it 5 stars. Other than that and only on the phone it is awesome. Will buy subscription when the watch app it’s fixed for sure.
  • Amazing

    By LordZion20
This app is amazing. You can customize the equipment available to provide you the best exercises with that equipment. It gives you detailed instructions and real life animations to assist in exercises you’ve never heard of. But it will sneak up on you quick with these exercises. It gives you the weight it thinks you need for your body composition and to me I felt this was to low at first until the next morning when I realized these low weights do the job. You can change the weight to a higher weight if you desire but beware it will catch up to you. This is the best personal trainer I have paid for. Support is super responsive and helpful as well. I started my account with the wrong email and they assisted me to move my data over and remove the wrong account with no hiccups.
  • Super glitchy but best relative to others

I love this app compared to others but it constantly glitches or freezes or doesn’t save my workouts.
