    I want to give this a five star rating because the layout and content is seriously great. But it’s a bit glitchy. Finished an entire full body workout and the app froze and erased my hard work. 💔 But dude. My legs and booty are killing me! I’ve been working with a trainer for months, and this is a better workout. Totally worth the spend.

    I love this app. The workouts provided are the perfect level that is doable, yet still challenging. I love that they also give you ideas for meals. This app has everything you need for a successful weight loss journey.

    Love the workouts but I wish it synced with other fitness watches other than the Apple Watch. Or at least give an estimated heart rate zone and calories burned. I’m sure it’s a great and different experience if you have an Apple Watch.

    I have so far enjoyed using the Sweat app for Kelsey’s workouts. However, for a gym based workout it would make much more sense if a person were able to input the amount of weight they were using for any given workout - either cable or dumbbell or bar. Otherwise, it’s good.

    I have enjoyed the mix of workout sessions so I’m never bored and the convenience of doing this at home. I’m loving the results I’m having already! My husband is too ;) It’s really helping me get healthy again and have energy to keep up with the daily grind. My body feels stronger and my mind feels fresher and clearer. This is truly a game changer in my life! I’ve been highly recommending Sweat to all my friends, because I want them to experience the fullest life they can have by getting healthy. I know Sweat can help them accomplish so much in life!
