    I started using this at the beginning of the year and love it! My only issue is the music playlists don’t always work or they will only play one random song. Other than that the app is perfect!

    I love this ap. The program is so much fun and realistic. The trainers are super inspiring! I am doing PWR and have been so impressed with Kelsey Wells that I don’t even mind getting up at 6am to workout. It’s quickly becoming a part of my lifestyle. Love it!!! Hopefully it stays this way and only gets better, because so far I think I can be committed forever to this...

    It took me a year to finally sign up for sweat after following Kelsey and Kayla on Instagram. I always thought I could just use their Instagram workout videos, which was helpful but NOTHING compared to the app. It’s so easy to use after just playing around with for a little bit and on top of it me and my family (boys 10 and 3, my husband and myself) have been introduced to a wonder of new food options. It’s made eating healthy less of chore, I actually look forward to my next meal!! Thank you for creating a wonderful workout app and platform!

    I’m super impressed with how easy this program is. I’m finally committing to the 12 weeks challenge after trial and error with the ebook. It’s hard not to stay focused on it this time because it’s so user friendly and I feel motivated through the app community. Plus the food diary is super helpful for when I’m stressing about food!
