  • With OS 12 update, Microsoft went to the dark side with this

First, I REALLY LIKE the games, and up until last week tolerated the long, repetitive demos of the stupid candy-crush-alike games. Last week the ads went to the dark side, showing 18+ pornographic images for a trashy game called “Scatter Shots” that I find highly offensive (and I’m WAY over 18), but my 12 year old granddaughter also uses my iPad and enjoys the solitaire games. Now I can’t let her use my iPad unless I uninstall the solitaire games. I feel like the push of such off color images is an attempt to force me to pay to play the games. I’m already paying hugely to use Microsoft Office 365. Not willing to pay to play solitaire. Shame on you ad sellers for trashing up your games.

I thought I would miss this collection and it’s daily challenges when I switched to an iPad. It’s now available to me and I love it. Now, can I have my Microsoft mahjong?

I enjoy all forms of solitaire, well maybe not so much the Free Cell, but I manage. Anyway, I really enjoy the tournaments! I've entered nine tournaments and have managed three top fifty finishes already. That might not sound like much until you realize that over 400,000 entrants are competing!!!

I play solitaire because I like to be alone! I don’t want to sign in and I don’t want a lot of suggestions!!! How about the old style offline Solitaire for people who escape into the game???
  • Too many advertisements, too long. Too loud

I have played this game for almost a year. Bragged about it toy friends. Shared the link many times. Sometime in the past couple months things changed. I can’t open the app without having to wait for an advertisement to play out. Then after one or two games I have to watch the same advertising again. It’s very long. I hate to say but I’ve stopped playing because of this. I don’t mind the side ads or an occasional pop up.

I know, I’m exaggerating, but your latest round of ads featuring buxom, half dressed women and dangerous looking men IS NOT SOMETHING I WANT TO LOOK AT EVER. So I’m dumping your game. And this comes from Microsoft??
  • Poor taste

Game is fun but ads are in poor taste. I don’t appreciate the sexual content. Please remove.

I applaud the creators of this collection of solitaire games, to me, the best and most challenging group of games ever. I can make my choice as to the difficulty or set it to random and be surprised to work at winning. One of the best parts is that it’s free. Kuddos to Microsoft. Digger
  • Great solitaire version, but...

This solitaire is just what I was looking for. It includes an option for a solvable game. I like to play random games but also get frustrated when I never solve one. I plan on recommending this one by Microsoft to my elderly mom who loves solitaire. My only recommendation is that the game should not require you to select random vs solvable after every game. It should remember your selection until you change it to something different.

Too bad. Been playing for a long time. Enjoy the games. BUT no way to stop the ads for other games. Been ignoring them but today an x rated almost clad female figure appeared. GACK!!! That did it! No more microsoft. You have overplayed your hand. If I wanted nudity it wouldn’t be playing solitaire. Bye.
