I love this game! But one thing, please make people lose less trophies! My best characters are my highest rank but they make me lose more trophies than I gain unless I sit in a bush all of showdown or something. I try to use characters that are lower level but I’m not GOOD with them and so I lose and lose more trophies. PLZ FIX.

  • Matchmaking is terrible, on my team AND the enemy’s team

Alright. My team is made up of a power 4, 5, and 10. The other team is a 4, 5, and 6. HOW IS THIS AT ALL FAIR? I’m also just really sick of losing battles to then see that all of the brawlers on the enemy team have at least one or two power levels over each of us. Seriously, Supercell. Just base the matchmaking off of power level. I really don’t understand why this hasn’t happened yet.

The gameplay is good but their are still some major glitches including not being able to shoot for half the game which pretty much means you’re gonna lose the game and this happened somewhat often. But to me the biggest problem is the store being basically obsolete. there’s nothing in there worth buying with in game currency. It takes a long time to get brawlers even if they’re not good. Which makes leveling very hard so you have to wait to get brawlers before you can rank up more. Reducing the game to a lot of luck. Then theirs the problem of matchmaking, it is completely BROKEN. I have played with new players when I have 2500 trophies. It needs to be fixed and it slows everything down, because most game modes are 3v3. And if you have one bad player you aren’t going to win, and this happens game after game.

The entire progression system is based upon loot boxes. Not only is it random which character you get to level up, but you can also (surprise, surprise)buy gems with real money which you can buy loot boxes or characters with. By the way, the most expensive character is roughly $20, which is completely laughable for a mobile game, along with the fact that he is the strongest character in the game. Also, matchmaking is based on the trophy count of each specific character. This means that you can spend about $20 for the new character and roughly another $80+ to completely level it up (with fully leveling up a character giving you a bonus passive, oftentimes it being an extremely powerful one). Congrats, now you get to stomp new players who only have level 1 characters. Sure, skill plays a small part but it can only do so much when you start the game off with such a severe disadvantage. Basically, the only defense I have seen for this game is “the pay to win system is better than clash of clans and clash Royale”. That is not a proper defense for any game. Pay to win is pay to win. Being slightly less pay to win than another game does not automatically mean that this one is not pay to win at all. Don’t waste your time with this game. It may seem fair in the beginning but it only gets worse, especially as more and more powerful characters are released (why else would you buy a character unless it was powerful, they know what they are doing to manipulate their fan base).
