I saved up rewards. It takes 200 to eliminate 3 rows. I was finally down to ONE row after weeks of trying. I redeemed the 200, it switched to a video, deleted my 200 and gave me no credit for the level. The level started over at the beginning. Paid is also spelled paid not paied as they seem to think.

Ad system is super trash. Fails to reward, runs too long, Fuchs with your audio, automatically clicks things, and in game currency has very weak buying power

20 seconds to finish a puzzle then a 30 second ad. So I close down the app, reopen it, 2 seconds, and I’m back to playing.

I can’t believe I’m sitting here playing this over and over again, but I can’t stop. I’m in a zen mode.

  • Good Idea - Cheapened by Luck

Advancement at the upper levels is mostly determined by where you are placed on the x-axis. Sometimes it is based on where your first returning ball lands but then, at random times, the game places you, at a disadvantaged position, somewhere along the x-axis. So a game of skill because a cheap game of luck. So you just play until you get a favorable placement. Good idea, ruined by poor decision.

I think Cheetah Mobile struck the right balance between free to play and “buy if you want”. You need to use gems to advance in some levels and you can buy the gems or else earn them. Earning them isn’t too burdensome — they found the right balance. And they aren’t too expensive to buy.
