  • Weeklies are overwhelming!

    By Iam Uprise
I know weeklies encourage many, but they discourage me. All that math, which I’m good at, is a lot of mental effort that makes me not want to track at all. I need a “one day at a time” approach, like AA. I want an option to just divide my weeklies by 7 and add them to my dailies. Then I would still have a range, and my dailies could still carry over. If I mess up one day, it would be easier to get back on track the next.
  • I’m not happy with one change.

    By Nana-50
I love using the app for the most part but the last update really bugged me. While I understand the reasoning behind not adding to the previous day since the advent of Wellness Wins, it’s not helpful to not be able to see previous days’ foods. I like being able to see previous days’ logs for ideas and point usage. Please try to fix this. Thanks.
  • Love it

App works great so far I’ve been able to track food really well can even add my own recipes if needed so that’s very cool I’ve only been using it for a week so I’ll have to let you know how it turns out. I just wish it would work with google fit instead of Apple health. that would be my one thing I would improve so far.

I am very in happy with this. It was okay for a while until I wanted to cancel the subscription because It wasn’t helping me. I canceled it in DECEMBER, and confirmed the cancellation(through email, and the second process of “are you sure you want to cancel?”). Now, I’m STILL being charged for it in February, and all my iTunes gift cards have been used up. I am furious. I didn’t know I was being charged until today, because since all my iTunes gift cards ran out of $$, it just started charging my card. Now, they won’t let me cancel because “the subscriptions been paid through apple itunes”. I had to $90+ in gift cards and it’s gone due to my Apple Music (which I want), and weight watchers... I’m never using this subscription ever again.

The program works so you get 4 stars but please BRING BACK NOTIFICATIONS & REMINDERS!!! It will be perfect if you do!!!
  • Love it!

I love everything about weight watchers. I do wish the scanned foods section had an option to list the items in chronological last-scanned order. I got a different sort of bread I can’t remember the name of and I have to go find it even though I scanned it yesterday for breakfast. But the program itself is amazing and helped me lose 50 pounds. 50 pounds you guys!
  • No for someone who enjoys cooking

    By kforbes8059
I am a WW lifetime member, I strayed away to a plan that offered digital tracking. I saw this was offered so I signed up. I am not one for cooking the same things so I would love to see a way of importing a recipe from the web, not each ingredient and instructions individually. Too time consuming!
  • Love app

I’ve been on WW now and have lost 30 lbs! So happy with this app but I would like to add a suggestion. Is it possible to keep track of your daily protein intake? I need to keep a separate journal to keep track and would like to see if it’s possible to have some kind of journaling.
  • Accounting department terrible

    By recldr
The app is useful but the accounting department is terrible! The renewal date changed arbitrarily and I’ve been charged on more than one occasion when I shouldn’t have been! It’s a huge waste of time. So frustrating!
  • Finally Shortcuts...wait! Poorly done :-(

    By Gfego1
You implement shortcuts but didn’t bother to include a verbal shortcut to track points. “Hey Siri track 5 smartpoints” would have been super helpful. Nope. Bad form.
