    I keep trying to add food or exercise and the app keeps kicking me out. Do I need to upgrade to have it not do this?
  • Doesn’t log in

    Wasted hour trying to long into the app. Never was able to. I have an account and can long on the computer. The app is a waste of time. I click “sing in” enter my info, then it take me through step to create an account again, and again, and again. And it always tells me I have an account with the email. The log in button seems to be exactly like creating an account settings. No way to get access to you account.

  • Latest release is buggy

    I’ve used MFP on and off for close to a decade now. Ever since UnderArmor purchased it, the app has steadily declined in quality. This recent update has me looking into other meal tracking apps because I’m so frustrated. It logs me out multiple times a week. I can’t join any challenges. When I try to save a recipe it freezes and I have to force restart. What in the world is going on?

    The app is no longer working for me. I lost all my data in the recent crash but now I still can not log food from the app. So sad because it was so helpful and good before.
  • Love the app but have some issues

    I love this app and helps me log my meals and stay on track. However, I have recently switch to apple watch so I have my blood sugar readings on my wrist (connected to a continuous glucose monitor) and not always pulling my phone out. I am very disappointed that the Apple Watch doesn’t communicate with MyFitnessPal app like Fitbit does. All the steps I take don’t get calculated as helping burn off calories, nor my activity level used as well. Can y’all please fix this?

    I have been reading these helpful articles for two years now and can’t tell you how much it has kept me on track and cognizant of how to control my urges of how much and what to put in my mouth! Ive always wavered between 5lbs up and down and if it wasn’t for “My Fitness Pal” I would be going much more North with my eating habits! Cuddles to MFP!
  • Buttons at bottom of screen...

    Always been great, but I recently got the iPhone XR and since the way to exit an app is to pull up the little bar at the bottom of the screen, this blocks any buttons at the bottom. So when editing a recipe, I can’t change the serving size. It’s too close to the bar so no matter where I press, I can’t access the serving number to change it. Similar issue when adding ingredients. If I want to scan an item and the scan button is at the bottom of the screen, it’s hard to press. It takes me a few tries until it works (because it’s off to the right a little, so not right where the bar is). Please move these buttons up a bit for us iPhone X users!
