    Unfortunately, despite having an iPhone 11 updated to the latest ios, videos won’t play. This issue has persisted through deleting and re-installing the app. I like the provided service, but I would like this to be fixed please.

    so i know the email and password to my netflix. i’ve signed in many times on my phone and other devices. but now it won’t let me. i’ve tried resetting my password and resetting my phone itself and nothing’s working. i have tried deleting and re-downloading the app and nothing is working. it keeps saying there is no account under the email i’m using or it will say my password is incorrect when i know it’s correct. is this happening for anyone else?

    I love Netflix I’ve had it for years and this has occurred every once in a while and I’ve just started watching something new and in the second episode it shows it’s loading and plays but I can’t see anything except for the loading circle so please fix this bug
  • No “Up Next” Support. Bad decision, This App’s own UI is bad.

    I don’t like the Netflix interface (at all). I don’t know why Netflix insists on not supporting the “Up Next” list on Apple TV or the TV app that is now on all iOS and Mac devices. It’s really annoying. Hulu, Prime, CBS and every other “TV/Movie” app supports it, Netflix is the only service that refuses to support that feature. It’d be one think if there were some really neat or useful features in the Netflix app that made it worth having it completely separated from everything else. Yet the exact opposite is true. The Netflix app/UI is really annoying on all devices across their web browser view, iOS and MacOS. It’s SO, so annoying that I can’t add and keep actual track of Netflix shows outside their app and use the Up Next list to manage ALL of my media. Instead, it works with every other service I use except Netflix. It’s an obvious deliberate choice they made for whatever reason. But they need to grow up, spend a few hours adding support for the native app on the second, most-used operating system (iOS and macOS). Otherwise, Amazon Prime and Hulu have plenty of content that I can keep track of and their libraries of original content are growing quickly. I’ll keep my Netflix account for another 2 months to see what they do with things. After that, I’m done with them unless they have plans in the near future to add support like every other tv or movie app. Sorry Netflix, it’s just a really stupid approach that you’re taking and aren’t listening to any feedback from usersb(I’m not alone in this feature request. This app’s reviews and online have users asking for this same functionality for years and you’ve done nothing. I’m not even sure why I’m giving 2 more months to Netflix as you aren’t going to change anything. Unfortunately that has been made clear. So maybe I won’t even bother with 60 more days. And not that they actually really care about losing me, among their millions of subscribers. Maybe some day you’ll snap out of it, but I’m not holding my breath. Again just a really bad decision made by someone at Netflix, but it was and is the completely wrong decision for so many reasons, and again I’m not alone in this request. Here’s to my last 2 months of Netflix and then no more, too bad. I wish you, Netflix actually cared about losing subscribers.

    I love this app because it has good shows! But I hate that when you don’t have WiFi or service you can’t watch and when you download movies or shows they expire VERY QUICKLY!
