    I use Uber a lot, but a few days ago my boyfriend was on his trip and the driver had a small accident and wasted time and everything, when the driver took him to his destination he was in a hurry and all the time wasted because the The driver had crashed the car and forgot his speaker, we did the right thing by putting the complaint in the application and following them steps and Uber all he did was close his account, as they will contact him to return his lost object. Terrible service from the Uber team ...

    Jackson was our driver from McCarran. He kept us entertained with news of his home country Venezuela. Very interesting I understand why he’s in America with his wife and son. Very nice young man.
  • Nothing but problems

    I took a trip to Vegas for my friend’s wedding. I didn’t know Vegas very well as it was our first time there and everybody recommended using Uber. So i downloaded the app and scheduled a ride an hour before i needed to go somewhere. Great, it showed me the name and car of the person who was driving. Well, 10 minutes before his scheduled arrival.. he canceled! I was still charged. Well Uber found an alternate driver and said she was on her way. Now it’s the time i scheduled the ride for and she was 5 minutes away. Well, 10 minutes after my scheduled ride, SHE CANCELED TOO. Uber still charged me! I didn’t cancel.. the drivers did. BOTH OF THEM. So i had to flag down a cab to get where i needed to go. Not only was i charged twice, but i had to pay for a cab too. I went to report it, and you can’t free text. It doesn’t give you your money back, it gives you Uber cash. So later that night my friend wanted to try Uber again, so i thought “hey, maybe third times the charm, right?” Oh no.. the third driver got there 5 minutes earlier than the app said and drove away right before we got there. So again.. i was charged for a ride that i never took. I just want my money back, especially since i never got a ride out of the 3 times i tried. Definitely never using Uber again and reporting this to the BBB.
  • Driver arriving too early being charged waiting fee

    This is the 5th time this has happened and I’m just about tired of it. I scheduled my rides to pick me up between 10:25 and 10:35pm. I’m not understanding why drivers are showing up at 10:10 or 10:15pm. Then i get charged a waiting fee? That’s not fair. That’s a scam! Please stop LETTING the drivers do this! Come between the times I’ve chosen to be picked up!! Then trying to get ahold of customer support is a MESS!!!

    This driver has attitude problem, he doesn’t know how to follow GPS ...i told him something about the road he just stopped the car in the middle of the road and said I’m not going anywhere, I told him uber has already changed my credit card for my destination but he said call uber I’m not going anywhere, there was a cop on the road I told him I’m calling the cop then started his car and I reached my destination

  • First Trip Dissatisfying

    I have never used Uber and needed to go less than 8 miles. I decided to schedule 15 minutes prior to the pick up time, however the driver was in the area and I was given 3 minutes to get down stairs with 2 pieces of luggage. I was given no information on the driver, no picture or tag number, and when I got downstairs she was not there. I received a call from an unrecognized number and finally answer the second call. The Uber GPS took her in the wrong direction and I had to direct her. Enroute, she was given incorrect GPS information again and we had to turn around. She was very pleasant and polite and assisted with my luggage on pick up. I arrived at my destination on time, however ... I was charged for wait time, and with the added charges and tip, it was over $20.00. I felt it was way over priced and will not use the service again.

    The info given to me said he was a great conversationalist. NOT! He hardly said a word. He had his phone on his lap and kept looking down at it while he was driving, which I thought was dangerous. The car was hot and somewhat smelly. I paid him in cash, including tip. So, do not put the charges on my credit card. Going forward, please don’t assign him to me again. He had an attitude and, in my opinion, he is not a good driver.
