  • Great tool, watch for charges.

So far the actual program has been great... however, they label their pricing in a way that makes you think you will have a monthly subscription fee(for the 1yr program)... this is not the case. You are hit with the full amount right off the bat. Why even label $10/month on pricing if that is not how billing is to be applied. Great hook, line, and sinker tactic. Smh Luckily the program seems to be worth the money.
  • Best on the market, by far

I’ve tried a couple different language apps, and this is by far the best one. They’ve been in the business for a long time and definitely have that extra edge that helps you fully encapsulate learning a language. I actually feel confident speaking after using this app. The paid version of the app is well worth the cost if you are serious about learning a new language.
  • Great language phone app!

This app has been helping me prepare for a trip to Portugal. I didn’t even realize how much I had learned in just a few short weeks until I found myself taking random things and translating them into Portuguese without even thinking about it! I’m not even close to really knowing what I am doing or really being able to hold a coherent conversation, but I was floored at how well this method really helped me with retention. I will very likely pay for the full version. Highly recommend.
  • Still Issues with App

    By burgie66
Tried the app on both iPhone and iPad and encounter same issues. Really laggy at times just launching app, (internet checks out over 75Mbps). Voice recognition only works 60% of time, states I’ve said simple Spanish words such as Si and Hola incorrectly, my wife is Cuban and teaches Spanish and tells me I spoke it 100% correctly. Then when I go back to try for 100% it freezes after correctly finishes a panel and won’t allow me to swipe to next panel to continue.
  • Needs a little work

Would be nice if it would say it in English first then in the other language. Then it would be five stars hands down.

  • Lesson work app not so much.

The info works and I have learned to speak Italian when no one around me speakers it. One lesson in the morning and one at night and you can learn a language in a few months. The problem is the app is terrible it freezes constantly and glitches out all the time. I constantly have to close it out and start it again in the middle of lessons and reset lessons. The lessons are very glitchy on all my phones 6s 7 and the iPhone 10. I think this software was designed for a desktop and modified. It get very frustrating but I would still buy it and use it because the curriculum works and I will use it for my next language. Also my email was incorrect when I purchased it and it still is seriously Rosetta Stone couldn’t even change my email I had to acquire that email address to get access to my account. Now my login it the wrong email address.
  • Speech recognition is great!

I really love the speech recognition part of the app. It is great at picking up the little differences and correcting you. I also love the functionality of the app. Perfect for traveling.
