  • Amazing app

    By husky2wonderland
Headspace has really helped me in a way I didn’t think was needed. My sister suggested the app to me as I have chronic anxiety problems and such. I am so glad that she did. Highly recommended for anyone. It really allows you to escape and observe the constant chatter in your mind. It can be hard to deal with at first, but your teaching your mind a different way among it that is very helpful.
  • Great way to learn to meditate!

I love Headspace. The tutorials are great, LOVE the animations. They are such helpful reminders of pitfalls and how to get around them. Love the guided meditation , just enough talk to offer helpful advice , but not too much. GREAT app!
  • Soothingly helpful

After bypassing the ad a few times, I finally gave into the voice. As a first time try I’d like to say it definitely calmed my nerves and relieved unessasary thoughts I’ve had impacting my stress.
  • Remarkable

I am amazed how few take time to exercise the brain. Remarkable apt that brings meditation to a whole new level. Practical and meaningful. Wow!
  • My favorite app

    By Gatsby4711
This was the wisest investment for my peace of mind that I’ve made in years. As someone with severe anxiety and insomnia, this app helps me deal with both.
  • Don’t bother downloading

  • Bugs and suddenly everything you loved is locked

    By FaerienFairlighy
First of all there’s the insane subscription policy, which yea it makes sense that they want money for their app but dear lord it’s not worth that money. Second there is this section for sleep meditation, there is a bug that won’t allow to do anything except sleep visuals(little bit of imagination to put you to sleep). That’s kinda crap. They’ve been told by multiple people that this is an issue for months. No fix for it. Third and lastly, it suddenly locks access to the only good thing that free. The sleep visuals. No warning. Nothing. Just one day it works and the next, “pay 12.99 a month to use this” ehhh no thanks. I’m a college student, I don’t have the money to pay for that. I’d rather unlock just the sleep visuals themselves forever for like 5$. That’d be nice. Overall, wish it gave some sort of warning about locking things down and away from you and didn’t advertise itself as if it’s mostly free. Basics don’t even do that much for you. The basics can be learned from reading an article or watching a gif/video.
