    Hi, The following are list of issues I’m facing: 1) The app is often slow and unresponsive. Sometimes it takes a while to move to next section of course and sometimes it freezes. I wonder if it constantly tries to use the cell service even when the course is loaded. 2) The app starts to play as soon as you open the course and takes 30 seconds before the pause button appears to stop it. 3) the courses take hours to download with a 300mbps download speed. But even when downloaded the courses are grayed out. 4) you can’t use the app while downloading any course. The app stops functioning or responding. 5) I can’t use the app offline even after downloading courses. 6) on iPad I fully downloaded a course and it shows it as downloaded and plays fine when connected to WiFi. When I try to play it offline, I just get the circling white line, above which it says “connection lost” and below it it says “you are not connected to internet “. I’m not connected to internet, but I’ve downloaded the course already, why doesn’t it play it? What’s the point of download if I can’t play it? I need to be able to use the course offline. Either while in airplane mode while traveling or when I don’t have access to WiFi and/or in areas with limited cell service. I’m using iPhone X with t-mobile or 300mbps WiFi. Have more problems when using iPad. I understand that nothing is perfect, but if you could please help make it work better offline, I would be a tremendous help. Thank you!

    Will Udemy ever receive multitasking/split screen support on the iPad? Udemy is a great platform for learning but, it would be even better if the app supported split screen. I’m taking a coding class and it’s aggravating that I can’t open my IDE and a Udemy video side by side to follow along. The only way I’m able to achieve this is by navigating to the site via safari instead of using the app.

    This app is HORRIBLY GLITCHY!!!!!! I keep downloading your updates that say you fixed bugs and improved performance. This app is STILL HORRIBLY GLITCHY!!!!!!
  • App crashes a lot!

    While many of the Udemy courses are quite good, the app is not so good. If you are watching a video and you leave the app for more than a minute or two, the app cashes upon returning. Something this simple should be easy to fix but they obviously aren't investing in ongoing maintenance. Not good for a brand so heavily invested in teaching programming!

    Overall navigation with mobile data turned off is awful. I have some videos downloaded n was trying to watch them, It is very slow. This rating is for the performance of mobile app and not for the content of courses .

    It's great that someone created this - it's an effective and inexpensive way to deliver tons of training courses. I've already bought two and from the intro lectures it looks well worth what I spent.

    Love the platform, but the mobile app has really poor performance. Running on a 2017 iPad and the videos barely load. Every time I log on, the app freezes and the video is constantly buffering. Success rate is on and off, but when I do manage to load videos, the transfer rate is pretty poor and it doesn’t log my progress.

    The irony in learning IT and troubleshooting on an app that I’ve had to troubleshoot more than any app in recent history is not lost on me. I’ve had to reinstall this app and reboot it more times than I can count. I even downloaded all the course material to prevent this connection issue. It still tries to connect! This course is long enough, I don’t need any extra time added. By the time you fix it, it more than likely won’t matter to me so a reply isn’t necessary.

    Guys I’m not sure what’s going on over at Udemy headquarters but it seems with the more updates you’re doing the buggier the mobile app is getting. Videos sometimes refuse to load. When I open the menu for a course it shows one of the videos repeated over 10 times. It’s also not recording my progress correctly at times. Please guys the content on Udemy is amazing but let’s get the quality control back to what it was.
