  • Great app...when it works

    Today I showed up for work and opened the app to get my day started, and was greeted by a message saying that my “session has expired.” I tried logging back in. No dice. Then I opened the app on my phone, which also booted me out unceremoniously. Then I went to log in at the web site. Still, nothing. I then tried the password reset link (obnoxiously labeled “Forgot your password?” because, clearly, them booting me out of my lists on all platforms simultaneously is the result of user error). I entered every single email account I have, and was told that they have no record of my account. I looked for a support number to call, but it would seem that they don’t offer support over the phone. Gee, I’m so glad I’ve made this app an integral part of my workflow. I hope whenever they figure out what went wrong with their database that they’re able to recover the THOUSANDS of tasks that I entered!

    A month ago my brother and his friend recommended that I should get this app but I had no idea how helpful it actually was. I had two Cs and my life was a mess and I had no clue how to fix everything. I decided I should give this app a go and... guess who made it to the honor roll! I have never seen such improvement from myself in such a short time but now I feel as if my life is more organized! Thank you todoist! You practically saved my grades!

    I’ve tried many. This is cross platform and extremely reliable. They are continually making it better without taking away the core functionality of what has made it so great. I’ve used it for two years and it has improved my productivity and workflows dramatically!
  • Same thing as Apple Reminders

    Simple features like sending a notification or email when an item is due is hidden behind a premium membership paywall. I’d honestly be better off using Reminders since it comes free and is the same thing as this app

    I work with a team of 10 and we use this to keep everyone aware of what is going on and track to help others when they get swamped. It has been a great tool and recommend it across the board. We are in the construction field but on the office side so everyone’s items tie in with others and this allows us to stay connected and not duplicate our work.

  • Good but premium too $$

    I like this app, which I started using after the demise of Astrid and then Wunderlist. I am happy to pay for good apps, and last April I paid for Premium at the yearly rate of $28.99. But now they are asking $35.99 to re-up. That’s almost a 25% increase in one year and closing in on my limit for app purchases. Will start looking for alternatives.
