  • EMeals

    By Super9377005
Love! Can’t get enough of how simple this makes my life. Homeschooling a bundle of kids, managing afternoon activities AND planning dinner is TOUGH! EMeals makes it simple to choose and shop for great meals.
  • Great for iOS...not so good for Android

    By lpeppo0525
It is a great app for iPhone. I just wish it worked better on our android devices.
  • List does not transfer to instacart

No customer service availability on Sunday- the busiest grocery shopping in the week!
  • Great recipes+generated grocery list =❤️

I’m a school teacher that comes home exhausted almost daily. Eating the same foods GETS VERY BORING, and eating out frequently can cause weight gain. This app allows me to have a healthy diet, try new recipes, and most importantly generates an awesome grocery list so I don’t have to do all of the work. I bought a year subscription!
  • Cancelled cont to take money

    By Kbbeaver
I cancelled within 2 days of signing up and they continued to take money out.
  • Canceling only available Mon-Fri business hours

    By kaydmic
You say cancel anytime, but then I have to CALL to do it. And you are only available Mon-Fri business hours? You know an app is bad when they have to be shady about canceling.
  • Pretty good App.

The only bad thing is you have to call to cancel. Oh, and I do miss some of the old plans like simple gourmet and some of the 3rd party plans. Other than that it’s easy to use and the grocery lists are nice.
  • Meals saved for quick reference

    By Justjen1271
I would love to see my meals in a quick and easy way rather than trying to remember which week I got them from and scrolling. Once you choose a new list, you lose the meals you selected previously. If this were an option, I’d give this ap 5 stars!!
  • Not enough pics, good recipes

    By girleats1000
I’ve loved the recipes I’ve made. They are simple and my family enjoyed them. But I need a picture. I am not a confident cook and the pic helps. How hard is it to add a pic? Some weeks there may only be one pic added to a list of recipes. Step it up with the pictures for 5 stars.
  • Not a fan of recipes. Need to CALL to cancel free trial

    By homebrew1281
I was looking for a new meal planner after tiring of a competitor, and I decided to give eMeals a try. If you like cooking, try a different product. One recipe was literally “buy frozen chicken tenders and pre-packaged Mac and cheese and heat”. The integration with Walmart grocery is nice, but they lost all stars due to their difficulty in canceling a subscription. They’ll gladly sign you up for a 14 day trial, but then give you no way of easily canceling online. Instead, they direct you to call a customer support phone number with operating hours to cancel. Had I known it would be this difficult to cancel after trying it out, I never would have signed up. Edit: From the developer response, they defend their lack of online cancellation by saying that it’s buried in their terms of service, not that they plan on making cancellation as easy as sign up in the future. Take note before signing up.
