  • Might as well be slot machine. Keeps getting worse.

Too much random and unbalanced play, designed to keep average players in the game to spend $$$. In other words, it’s a slot machine. But, if you like that, it’s for you.
  • A very big gay

Like the title suggests, Hearthstone is a very big gay. It makes 99% of players a big gay. Luckily I was not affected
  • New Update Crashes Repeatedly on IPad Air

    By solemn_1
Been playing for years on this tablet without issue. With new rise of shadows prelaunch patch game crashes repeatedly. Commonly occurs on match queueing, match completion, and inside collection manager. My second generation IPad Air is fully updated. I have fully removed the game and reinstalled / restarted many times. Unplayable and broken - otherwise a 5 star card game. Could be worse I suppose - still better than artifact even as a crash-frustration simulator.
  • Fun card game!

This is a very fun card game!
  • Crashes too much

Hearthstone is a great game but with the recent update it crashes on mobile after every game and sometimes during games. Blizzard needs to fix this.
  • I play this every day

    By Karina T.
Hours of fun. There are several modes to choose from, so never a dull moment. I like the tavern brawl and the solo adventures. I was able to accumulate nearly 5000 gold after playing daily for 2 1/2 months, so it really is free to play. 4/5 because the new update crashes a lot.
  • Buggy

Same complaint as many others. Crashes very frequently now. Great game, when it’s working. Once they fix this, I’ll change the review to reflect the game appropriately.
  • Glorious, fun, addictive... and PTW

In short, Hearthstone is the only card game that I’ve ever been compelled to continue to play. The game is fun, it has a ranked mode, and you can play with your friends on PC. I’ve sunk a few hundred hours into this game, and I don’t consider any of them as wasted. With that being said, the game is explicitly pay to win if you want to be successful at the ranked mode. You have to have good cards to win, simple as that. There’s definitely a disconnect between the people who invest the time and money and the people who play casually and don’t spend a dime. The monetary aspect of the game exists in the form of “card packs” (loot boxes that give you a chance to get a good card) and the drop rates are pretty low. Note: this does not mean “don’t get this game because it has micro transactions”. It means, “absolutely play this game, but be prepared to have to pay money if you want to win in ranked”. Other than that, you get an entire wealth of single player experiences for absolutely free. Seriously. Try it out.
  • 5 star but...

No doubt this is a five star game but what’s up with the recent update? My game consistently crashes even with ideal internet access.
