  • Good program, seriously buggy app.

The app keeps losing my weigh-in data, so it looks like I’ve been skipping that. Also, it doesn’t sync my account when I log in on the iPad, so I have to stick to using the iPhone. Same account/same password, log in on the iPad and my goals are different, it doesn’t have the data from the Apple Health app or steps from my Apple Watch. Why can the app just load the same information from the phone or the tablet? It’s definitely annoying that it keeps losing my weigh ins, since daily weights are such a big part of the program.

These people had no authorization to charge me $129 but somehow did?!
  • Kind of Ok but poor experience compared to the price

For a monthly membership of $50 (discount), the app have a very poor UX and UI. Chat shows up but you can’t get out of the app. I had to kill it. Adding food qty is disturbing the way it is now

This program is thought provoking and informative. Also has excellent recipes. You have a couch and also a group who adds things about your lifestyle journey. Foods are broken down to three food groups. Also no foods are limited but portion sizes and choices may change your mind. Daily information is informative and helpful. I have lost a steady one pound per week. It is a great program and healthy life change journey.

This app has been great so far not only because it’s helping my weight loss but also because it’s teaching me key concepts about keeping the weight off. This has by far been my biggest weight struggle and the food provided have been great. Five stars if they had video!

The second I signed up for Noom, I have received countless scam calls trying to sell me medical devices. Not cool.
  • Awful food database

Half of the stuff I scan is not in the database. Adding it is a time consuming and frustrating process. I'm switching back to MyFitnessPal. Plus the are are really annoying. I'm sorry but I don't have $80 to sink into an app that doesn't know what coconut water is. I mean I can see if this happens every once in awhile but I get this multiple times a day. Most of the things in there are highly inaccurate which renders this app essentially useless.
  • Excellent program!!

Day one - I was able to put down sugary candy and constant eating! It’s like an educational course!
