  • This app has improved tremendously and now has an Apple Watch app

Just... such incredible improvements. Good job Freeletics team! One feature I would like is the ability to take out specific exercises from the coach generated drills. My knee is about to explode every time I try to do a pistol squat, it’s fine with other leg exercises so I don’t want to add an injury to the equation, but just taking out the one specific exercise would solve that issue

Definitely the greatest workout app around! I’ve tried other apps to help me stay motivated, but this one has the best variety of workouts.

I’ve been down on the count for a few years. This app along with the running add on help you get back to where you want to be in a way. Especially after torn ligaments in my ankle and my core getting so weak my lower back is wrecked. I’m 6’5 190lbs and active daily yet I need to get back when I was 8 years ago. Get the app pay the additional and find a music work out app that may start with fit and end with radio to get those in your head workout jams!!

  • Awkward user experience

The app is not intuitive as it could be. Sometimes I want to start an exercise over (tap back, swipe right) but it only skips to the next one. I also can’t repeat a set in case I want to add more time. So sometimes I finish my workout in 20min and have more time but then need to choose individual exercises versus start the rep again. I also don’t understand the ‘coach’. Other than just setting up the exercises, what other value does it have? I’m still figuring out this tool but so far I’m mixed.

Ich nutze Freeletics seit >4 Jahren - mal mehr, mal weniger. Derzeit gerade wieder mehr... und ich fühle mich fitter als mit 20, obwohl ich immer viel Sport getrieben habe!

But I can’t. My number one and only complaint is that I cannot run the app if the Freeletics can’t see the internet. Being deployed in a “austere” location I am often subjected to limited to no internet or cellular connection. Without those, the app freezes or won’t load. I have had internet drop in the middle of a timed workout only to have my progress lost or I am forced to restart the workout, which loses my progress. The mental struggle is already real, little things like this get huge quickly. This app would get 5 star for the ease of use, the natural flow of the workouts from week to week, the highly customizable and hassle free setup from one week to the next. Fix it so we can use this app 100% offline. You are losing money, I have at least 5 other soldiers who won’t buy this because of the connectivity issues.

I broke my ankle. Previously, I walked 4 miles a day and thought that was enough. Going through PT and my own research, I realized that to age well, I needed to up my game. I tried this app first because it sounded so great. But, it didn’t seem to offer the 5 minute workouts that the others did. So I tried all of those. Doing 14 moves for 30 sec just didn’t seem to be moving me toward any goal. So I tried some of the more serious apps. They seemed geared for folks that could already do the burpees and perfect pushups. So I reviewed Freeletics again. This is so great!!! Perfect for me. No frills. Good guidance. Building upon what my current capabilities are. Thanks y’all

Free Letics is just another e-begging “athletic” app. Not worth your time if you’re a cheapskate like me.

Hi. It would help a lot to show the day of the week (and calendar day) in which a training was completed. Thanks Alex
