  • Should’ve been able to support full screen on iPhone X

Mine is OLED screen. It would be a waste if it’s not a true full screen experience. Thx Also, I wish the app supported IP addresses anywhere outside of local area network so that I could provide assistance to others. Finally, when there is a session, I Hope the remote computer won’t have a lock screen so that both users can see what’s going on. Thx
  • Use it daily

I would rarely go out of my way to rate an app let alone write a review but had to send some good vibes towards the MS Remote Desktop app. I use it daily from my iPhone for work and personal. Saves me from having to lug around a laptop wherever I go. The trick is to use Mouse Cursor mode instead of Touch, way more functionality with that option. Also zooming in and out is your friend on smaller screens like the iPhone. Highly recommend this tool for IT professionals. I would say it’s my favorite Microsoft utility.

  • WiFi only???

This app does not work while on LTE. When I’m connected to my office via VPN, this app is only able to connect when you’re using WiFi. Whether it is home, hotel, or public WiFi. Your sample pictures show that your device is connected to WiFi with no SIM card, maybe you should try putting a SIM card in the phone and testing the app in real life situations. Ive tested this using other RDP apps and they have no problem connecting to my remote machines at work using VPN while on LTE. Please fix!!

  • Works Really Well!

I was shocked how well this works on a little I-Phone. By far the best mobile Remote Desktop client I’ve tried. It’s extremely easy to use and navigate once you configure RDP on the host, which can be a little technical. Performance is great. Moving the mouse with the touch screen feels very natural. They’ve done an amazing job mapping touch and gesture controls to the desktop. Power shell on the potty is the new angry birds

Please, support for the new iPhone XS Max
  • No external keyboard?

Amazingly, I went to Shift-click to note it didn’t work. I then noticed the external keyboard didn’t work at all. Ironically, the keyboard works for all other apps. Maybe this is just a typical Microsoft “reboot and it will work” scenario (doesn’t work by the way). How very Windows 95. Just another unstable product. At least the keyboard works great to leave this review...

Works well, but is limited on the new iPad Pro because it does not use the full screen.
